Welcome to Wappistry (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (wappistry.in), API gateways, visual chatbot flow builders, and reseller portals. By registering an account or accessing our tools, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Services

By creating an account, upgrading to a subscription plan, or integrating our APIs into your software, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company, corporate body, or partnership, you warrant that you have explicit authorization to act as their agent.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Spam Prohibitions

Wappistry provides advanced integration modules for Meta Cloud API and local QR Code gateways. To maintain platform integrity, you must strictly adhere to the following acceptable use rules:

• No Spamming: You are strictly prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk promotional messages to users who have not opted in to receive communications from your business.
• Account Bans Disclaimer: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Inc.) enforces strict anti-spam guidelines. If you send spam messages, use unverified lists, or trigger user reports, WhatsApp may temporarily or permanently ban your phone number or WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). Wappistry will not be liable for any WhatsApp account suspensions, number bans, or data loss.
• Prohibited Content: You may not use our gateway to route messages containing adult content, hate speech, illegal substances, online gambling services, phishing links, or malware.

3. API Usage, Channels & Rate Limits

Your usage of Wappistry is governed by the slots and credit allocations defined in your active reseller or user subscription package. You agree not to perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, scrape data from our interface, or bypass API rate limits. QR Code instances are designed to simulate human activity; excessive automated requests that trigger Meta security shields may lead to platform access termination.

4. Billing, Checkout & Refund Policies

All payments on the Wappistry billing dashboard are processed securely through UPI and verified via transaction UTR reference codes.

• UTR Verification: Submitted UPI transaction UTR numbers are verified manually by our audit team. Access is activated only after the payment is successfully cleared.
• Refunds: Since Wappistry offers a free trial tier to test API integrations before payment, all payments for subscriptions and credits add-ons are final and non-refundable.
• Unpaid Bills: Bills generated by the administrator for custom reseller packages or credit allocations must be settled by submitting a valid transaction reference.

5. Reseller White-Label Accounts

Resellers who customize portals with custom domains are entirely responsible for supporting their own sub-users. We do not provide direct customer service to sub-users of white-label reseller setups. Resellers are responsible for allocating credits and setting limits within their own plan cap.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Wappistry, its directors, employees, or developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the loss of access to WhatsApp services, server maintenance downtimes, or API delivery failures. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by you during the one-month period immediately preceding the claim.

7. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our portal constitutes acceptance of revised terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately if we detect fraud, UTR forgery, or violations of our acceptable use guidelines.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
